Dear Old Donegal

"Dear Old Donegal" is a children's picture book that is based on an successful American song from the 1940s about a poor boy who immigrated from Ireland who made his fortune by singing tunes and later becoming a successful tenor before coming back to Ireland to wide celebrations, including his relatives in Donegal.

The book was written by Steve Graham for words and music along with the illustrations (pictures) by John O' Brien, which reflects the cultural diversity, especially in immigration of the Irish along with the proud heritage of Irish identity (my family came from Ireland).
